Dan remains involved with land development and land acquisition for the business. He has otherwise stepped away from his day-to-day roles in the operations of Metzler Home Builders, but he enjoys staying involved as needed. On any given day you can find Dan in the office to catch up on Philly sports talk, making a bank run, picking up permits, or mowing the grass. He is happy to assist in these ways and enjoys seeing the success of the business moving forward. Janet is the Office Manager, overseeing daily accounting and general office management.
